What is the Pick and Pack option?

Sometimes it's difficult to get a logoed product into distribution: you may have only a couple of stores serviced by a distribution center, or you've already used up all your proprietary slots.

In those cases, we can create a password-protected online storefront, where your operators and franchisees can quickly and easily order the goods they need.

They'll also be given a phone number which they can text to connect with a real agent, who can help place orders and answer questions.

Most importantly, because we source goods directly from manufacturers, we're able to keep this option very cost-effective!

I have a Pick and Pack account. When will my orders arrive?

We've been there: when your restaurant needs supplies, it needs them ASAP. That's why all orders have same-day shipping and will arrive within 3 days.
